Fees and Information

Registration to ICEC 2024 is now open. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the submission.

Every paper must have at least one paid full registration in order to be included in the conference proceedings.

To register, the participant must log in/register in the system.

- To register again, the participant must select one of the options: Brazilians or Foreigners. The system only validates CPFs for Brazilians and there is no routine for validating passports.

- Category selection: At this stage the registrant selects one of the categories available for registration.

- For students or categories that require verification, it is only possible to proceed with payment after SBC has validated the receipt, which takes at least one working day.

- Selecting activities and extras: At this stage, the registrant selects the additional activities and extras (stating the number).

- Selecting the payment method: At this stage, registrants choose how they want to pay for their registration. Payments by boleto and debit are closed two working days before the start of the event, as they have a deadline for bank validation.

* The fee includes proceedings, breaks, workshops and tutorials.

* All amounts are in Reais, as of 20/06/2024, the exchange rate is 1 euro equivalent to 5.9 Reais.

Participants who have published something at the event must register as authors. For each publication, it is sufficient for only one of the authors to register as an author.

In addition to the registration fee, participants can also pay for their participation in the gala dinner with a fee of R$ 250.

Registration Policy

Early bird fees only apply if you register and pay before July 15.

Every paper must have at least one paid full registration, Regular or IFIP-AICA, in order to be included in the conference proceedings, with the exception of papers accepted for the Student Competition. These can be associated to a Student Registration. Student fees cannot be applied to the others.

The registrations needed for the inclusion in the conference proceedings must be completed before July 20.

Authors with multiple papers must pay one registration for each paper. The same registration cannot be used for multiple papers.
